Shipping

Orders received by 2pm are processed the same business day and shipped the following business day.

Bed linen: 

Australian orders : All orders placed within Australia will ship via our preferred courier, Sendle. All orders over $150AUD will ship free. All other orders will incur a $10 flat rate fee. 

International Orders : All orders place outside of Australia will ship at a flat rate of $50 AUD. Our preferred courier service is Sendle and they partner with major services such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT.

For all international orders please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.

Please provide as much information as possible on your delivery address, the more the better. Our courier service does require a phone contact for deliveries.

Please note that we DO NOT deliver to PO BOX address or Parcel Lockers.

All orders will have instructions for ‘authority to leave’ unless otherwise requested by you.

Furniture and Inventory: 

Freight charges apply and are calculated as per delivery location.
