Bed Linen Returns - If you are unsatisfied with your bed linen purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 90 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 90 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Please note we do not accept returns on final sale items or Gift Cards.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Inventory Returns - Given the antique and unique nature of our inventory and furniture items, we ask that you choose very thoughtfully as we are unable to offer a refund, return or exchange on any purchases for change of mind or wrong selection (as supported by Australian Consumer Law). All of our inventory is unique and is sold as is. Colour and pattern variation in our textiles may occur within 3-5% from each dye lot. Wear is and will be consistent with age. We only refund items purchased if they have 1 of the following:

- a major fault such as being significantly different from it's photos or description. - does not do what it's said to do or has an issue that is not easily fixed. 

*small scuff marks or wear that is consistent with age does not qualify as a fault. 

- How can I return my order?

To return or exchange an item please email contact@towandline.com and we will organise a courier to collect the items from your home or place of business. We will email across a shipping label which will need to be printed and attached to the package prior to collection.
Alternatively, you can post your items back to us and include an original receipt for postage so we can add this cost to your reimbursement.

- When will I receive my refund?

We will begin to process your refund immediately upon receiving the returned goods and it generally takes between 3-7 days for the fund to appear back in your bank account. 

- Are all sale items final?

Yes, they are. We will rarely have sales and when we do these items are final!
If you purchase via a ‘promotion’ then these items will be included in our 90-day trial.

- Can I exchange my products?

Some items, yes! We offer exchange on bedding only. Just get in touch and let us know what you’d like to swap them for. As long as they’ve not been used or washed, we can exchange them for you no questions asked. Furniture and Inventory are not eligible for refund, return or exchange. 

- What is your policy for items with a defect?

Our factory has a very stringent quality control process. Sometimes human error can miss things and if by chance you receive an item with what you think is a defect, please reach out to us immediately. We will accept returns on defective items at no cost to you.

Please note that discolouration is not a manufacturers defect. Our linens (bedding and upholstery) are dyed in separate dye lots and often there are slight variations in the colours (3-5% variation is standard). While it is rare, it is unavoidable given the nature of linen.
