FAQ

Traditionally Linen is a premium product in comparison to cotton. Although Linen is more environmentally friendly to produce the flax plant is rarer making it a more sought-after fibre to manufacture. Our Linen originates in France and is manufactured in Southern China by a family run factory that specialise in making Linen bedding (they've been in the business for 20+yrs and are ethically certified by international SA8000 certification, which means the workers are treated fairly and not exploited). At Tow and Line we have a vertical business model, meaning we don't retail to other stores, we sell direct to you (our customers) and we're able to offer a premium product at wholesale pricing. We're big believers in passing our savings onto our customers so you too can enjoy a little more luxury in your home.

We certainly do! Check out our shipping page for more information shipping

We get a lot of interest in our beautiful products but unfortunately, our business model doesn’t allow for traditional retail selling, if we did, we wouldn’t be able to offer such amazing pricing direct to our customers.

All of our linens are made in small dye lots. Meaning that each batch sometimes have a slight difference in the tone of colours. Although we do have very strict quality control, we cannot always guarantee that the fabric will be the same as the previous dye lot. It's very difficult to make sure everything is 100% accurate without using the harshest of chemicals. Also, as linen is a natural fibre, we are unable to avoid the colour variation from time to time. While we do try to stay as true to the colour of the linen as possible, our imagery can sometimes be affected by lighting which can also make something look different in colour. The best thing to do if you’re not satisfied with the colour is reach out to us and we will help you solve the problem.

If you’re not 100% happy with your Tow and Line sheets you can return them within 90 days of receiving. We will endeavour to issue a full refund within 24 hours of receiving returned items.

Unfortunately, any items purchased during a sale or at a reduced price are final and we are unable to issue a refund. We can however offer an exchange on sale items.

Our bedding originates in France. After it’s picked it’s shipped to southern China for the weaving, dyeing and sewing process. We work with a very small family run manufacturer who specialise in linen. They’ve been in the business for over 20 years and all products come with International SA8000 certification.

If you’re an Interior Designer or stylist, then a trade order is better suited to you. These are for smaller orders like residential projects. If you’re looking at order a large quantity then a Hospitality order might be more appropriate for you; commercial projects, boutique hotels, hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants etc.
